A follow up to one of my twitter videos and prompted by a comment response.
Balanced moderation sounds simple but simply "applying the same rules consistently" sounds" fair" but only until we consider how rulesets can constitute indirect discrimination and conversely how equal application can neglect unequal circumstance.
TL:DR it is nowhere near as straightforward as people make it sound.
