So around 8 years i made a video entitled "brewing beer" that some subs still occasionally mention and ask for a follow up. here IS that follow up and it is a bit of a mammoth video.
I brew a Belgian Dubbel, starting with the crushed malt and hops, adding a few anecdotes and (hopefully) amusing asides as i go through all stages of the process from mashing to bottling ........ and then sampling the results!
I hope most people find something of interest here and perhaps it may even encourage a few people to have a go themselves!
Expect one more beer related video where i discuss brewing as a hobby and show you round my dispense setup, which involves beer piped from a keezer (converted chest freezer) in my garage to my beer taps in my utility room!!
