Lesson plan and notes: babycastles.github.io/Babycastles-Academy/workshops/rhythm-games.html

Project repository: github.com/8ude/WwiseRhythmGame

Want to make your own Rock Band levels? Tired of waiting for Rhythm Heaven on the Switch? Learn to make your own rhythm games in this hands-on workshop!

We will go through an example project that demonstrates how to use the Wwise Editor audiokinetic.com/products/wwise along with Unity unity.com to make our own rhythm-action game.

Along the way, we'll learn about some typical rhythm game concepts like beatmaps, call-and-response gameplay, and timing windows.

To follow along, be sure to make accounts with Unity and Wwise, and install the following software versions:

Unity version 2020.3.4 (later versions will probably work)
Wwise 2021, latest version

Some game development or Unity experience will be helpful, but is not required!
