After the chaotic first two rooms, it's fairly easy to make it to the big room. The big room is tricky because of the BA guards, but there's enough space that you can dodge their rockets while taking off their BA with the PP7. As for the glass door, there are two options: use the glass door trick to get an enemy to open it, or kill Jaws and take his keycard. Although there's a variant of the glass door trick that can be done with Enemy Rockets, I felt like fighting Jaws instead. The main difficulty is that he has so much BA that I don't think I could remove it all with the PP7 even if I somehow got to him without firing a single shot. But I can stand next to him and slap his BA away by taking advantage of a feature of the enemy AI. If an enemy with a rocket launcher believes that he's too close to where his rocket will land, then he won't fire, presumably in an attempt to avoid hurting himself. Thus, I can utilize the narrow passages to prevent Jaws from firing. It took a huge amount of slaps, but I eventually removed his BA, allowing me to finish him off with a single rocket.
