This voiceover is the second part of our overview of F101, the first class of the F100 course, which aims to introduce students to force management, the system of systems used by DoD to build combat power in response to national security requirements. F101 focuses on the Army's relationships, structure, and processes for the execution of its legal responsibilities. The previous video sets the scene for the F100 course by demonstrating how the Army responded to changes in the operating environment following the Vietnam War. This part provides an overview of the Army's key systems or business processes to manage change (JCIDS, DAS, and PPBE) as well as the legal and strategic framework influencing these processes.
