In this video, we explore the process of "Rightsizing the Army" through the Total Army Analysis (TAA). You'll learn how the Army develops its force structure through MTOEs and TDAs, ensuring that the organization is properly resourced to meet future challenges. We'll cover key aspects of the TAA process, including its phases, stakeholders, and outputs like the ARSTRUC memorandum, which guides the Army's long-term planning.

![Leadership Ethics and Social Responsibility
This is my Week 6 lecture for LDSP 321 (Fall 25). The lesson is called Leadership Ethics and Social Responsibility—a topic that asks us to pause and think deeply about what it means to do the right thing as a leader. Drawn from Chapter 6 of Dubrins (2023) leadership textbook, this lesson shifts the focus from effectiveness to integrity. Ethics, as DuBrin reminds us, is not a luxury for leaders—it’s the foundation of trust and credibility. We’ll also examine how Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) connects leadership decisions to their broader impact on communities, employees, and the environment.
