The second CD-ROM based add-on in the games industry, the SEGA-CD brought the POWER of the CD to Sega of America, Inc. games and also ushered one of the most controversial games of it's era, Night Trap.
That game was at the center of Congressional hearings on video games and served as the catalyst that formed the game ratings system we have today.
