2. Arched Back – An arched back can sneak in without notice, especially when we push hard. I constantly remind our community to engage the core—it’s a game-changer for stability!

3. Head Positioning – The right head placement can feel a bit unnatural at first. I often spot enthusiasts keeping their heads too much inward. Remember, it’s about aligning it with your spine, so bring it a little forward!
