Ready to master the Skin the Cat? 🌟 This move is a fantastic way to build shoulder strength, flexibility, and control.

Technique:
Start by hanging from a bar. Tuck your knees to your chest, then rotate your hips up and over, bringing your feet through your arms. Continue rotating until you're in a German hang. Reverse the movement to return to the starting position. This exercise targets your shoulders, lats, and core.

Important Cues:
Keep your core tight.
Control your movement throughout.
Ensure a full range of motion for maximum benefit.

Progressions:
Beginner: Half skin the cats on lower bar
Intermediate: Extend your legs on a higher bar
Advanced: Full Straight-arm Skin the Cat
