Video of a "Small Angle Scattering Diffractometer" at Forschungszentrum Jülich (Jülich Research Centre) in Germany, one of the largest interdisciplinary research centers in Europe.

The robotic sample changer and sample positioning system permits variable temperature controls and achieves high throughput, reliability, and repeatability.

Applications of this system are numerous: They include research on biocompatible gels related to the design of new functional drug delivery vehicles in nanomedicine.

The Meca500 robotic arm used in this system, developed by Mecademic Robotics, is the world's smallest, most compact, and precise industrial robotic arm.
