Watch the Meca500 ultra-compact industrial robot demonstrate high-precision position repeatability within 0.005 mm (5 μm).

The measurement setup features three Sylvac digital indicators (S_Dial WORK NANO) arranged orthogonally, each with a 0.1 μm resolution and a maximum error of 1.8 μm. The Meca500’s end-effector is fitted with a 0.5-inch precision tooling ball.
