Austin Animal Services and the Texas Department of Criminal Justice's Travis Unit are giving shelter dogs and incarcerated veterans a second chance through the Enduring Service Program. Over 8 weeks, participants train and care for adoptable dogs from Animal Services, helping them prepare for new homes while building valuable skills and confidence.
