I spent the day speaking and teaching frisbee to students from Kindergarten to Grade 6 at St Brigid School.
During the assembly I showed them what's possible with frisbee including XDISC freestyle, Battle Royale, Trick Shots, and I talked about the value of focusing on what we want, setting better limits on screen time, and learning from failure.
During the workshops they learned all about throwing & catching, disc golf, ultimate, and freestyle.
Huge thanks to Charlesglen Toyota for sponsoring the day and providing a set of mini frisbees that were given out to students who displayed excellence, resiliency, and kindness.
