I spent the day speaking and teaching frisbee to more than 350 students from K-6 at Wainwright Elementary School.

During the assembly, I talked about physical literacy, resiliency, kindness, and being their best. I also challenged them to start a Frisbee Club, which I will support in any way possible.

During the workshops, they learned all about ultimate, disc golf, freestyle, dodge disc, creating throws, and inventing games.
