I spent the day speaking and teaching frisbee to more than 200 students from Grade 5-9 at Lilian Schick School in Bon Accord, Alberta.
During the assembly I talked about the value of trying new things, practice, focusing on what we want, and I gave the students my Kindness Challenge.
During the frisbee workshops, they learned what's possible with frisbee including throwing & catching, disc golf, freestyle, and creating new throws.
