I spent the afternoon speaking to students from Kindergarten - Grade 6 about Physical Literacy, Resiliency, Kindness, and Being Their Best.

I got to show them what's possible with frisbee including ultimate, disc golf, freestyle, and dodge disc. Through frisbee, I talked about the value of learning from failure, how to be more kind by focusing on what we want, and challenged them to do their best instead of trying to be the best.
