This is the FOURTH video where yes, things get even worse.
We expose Steven Sharif who is..for some reason..still moderating the official Ashes of Creation Discord? Is it not someone else's property now if all the cover stories are true? One thing I forgot to mention in this video is that the ONLY THING the Moderators can do is BAN people but that's about it and no moderator is bothering for the most part.
To expand further on what I meant by "grim" - in regards to the WARN Act, Intrepid Studios' filing is a potential legal violation as its WARN Act notice was issued on January 31st 2026 when the layoffs actually occurred.
Both the federal WARN Act and California's Cal-WARN require a 60 days notice. This is exacerbated by the fact that staff STILL HAS NOT received their final paychecks, PTO payouts or severance. Under California law, an employee must be paid all wages and accrued vacation time at the time of termination EVEN IF the WARN Act filing was under "plant closing".
As of February 3, 2026, class-action law firms (such as Strauss Borrelli) have already launched investigations into Intrepid Studios for these exact WARN Act violations.
