In a response to former CEO Steven Sharif's 400 paged motion for a receivership, members of the Intrepid Studios Board including Robert Dawson, Theresa Fette, Ryan Ogden and Douglas Bartels answer with their own declarations and exhibits.
The most (un)surprising declaration comes from Steven Sharif's older brother Tim Sharif who alleges that Steven Sharif essentially scammed him of over $1 million dollars pertaining to a loan and the Ashes of Creation merchandise many people have found being sold by Tim's 310 Nutrition company on Amazon.
