July 3rd, 2020 CARMEL POLICE DEPARTMENT made the decision to violate the God-given rights of those that have purchased their homes by allowing nature to be declared a "disaster area". They enforced this ludicrous declaration with violence by tackling a peaceful man walking in the water, shackling 2 of the People like slaves to be dragged to the POLICE DEPARTMENT and SHERIFF'S JAIL - 30 miles away, and searched my bag, pockets and phone without a warrant. This is a part of my interaction with "PEACE OFFICERS" GREG JOHNSON and JOSEPH L. BOUCHER.
"THERESA IRENE BUCCOLA was a person not authorized who did unlawfully enter the area where a menace to the public health and safety was created by a calamity, to wit, Closed because of COVID 19 Pandemic" (written in the DEPUTY DISTRICT ATTORNEY, RICHARD STORMS' own words) "On this July 8, 2020 in the County of Monterey, I certify and declare under penalty of perjury that the foregoing is true and correct".
