The lunar base "Roa" is the last effective base on the moon, and Murakumo Millennium has taken control of it. Chrome needs to force out the enemy, but a frontal assault could cause irreparable damage. Instead, Chrome tasks the Raven with infiltrating the base and destroying its generator, allowing Chrome to attack during the confusion. Murakumo seems to be planning something in space, and Chrome fears it could spell the end for humanity.
