Episode 1 for the new Orks: Armageddon course just dropped!
This is the first course from a new addition to the Grimdark Compendium painters, @mortis_et_atramenti, and in episode 1, he will teach you some simple techniques for texturing armour and how to paint the new Dakka Rig in a properly orky, grimdark style.
This series will teach you how to paint Orks in the Grimdark style in a few easy steps, alternating the use of acrylics, enamel washes, and oils. We want to preserve the spirit of these Ork models while emphasizing their brutality. You will find recipes for metal surfaces, weapons, Ork flesh, many other distinct materials, and a full basing scheme for a dark ash wasteland.
The Course is aimed at Beginner to Intermediate painters and utilizes simple applications of oils and enamels.
