You don't need enamels and oils for grimdark effects. With Super Glue, washes, and Isopropyl Alcohol 99%, you can create insane organic patterns like veining or marbling. The Glue protects layers beneath, and when you apply acrylic washes on top, you can safely dissolve the acrylic with ISO 99%, letting it be destroyed and pushed.
Without the glue, it would be easy to go straight to bare plastic, ruining previous work.
