Rumor has it Arkansas has some sweet singletrack mountain bike trails, so when I was there for a quick “business trip” (if teaching a stand up paddleboarding instructor course counts as a business trip), I new I had to check them out. I rented a bike from Spa City Cycling, and spent the day at Northwoods Trail near Hot Springs. The trails were well made and tons of fun!!!! Thanks to everyone who spent countless hours building them! Blue Jay was my favorite!
