The Department of Energy’s Argonne National Laboratory is a world-renowned research center dedicated to advancing scientific innovation on some of the biggest challenges facing humanity, such as generating clean energy, developing a circular plastics economy and predicting extreme weather.
As they work to solve these challenges, today’s researchers are generating more data than anyone could process in a lifetime. That’s why they need next-generation tools like large language models (LLMs).
By incorporating LLMs into their research, Argonne scientists are able to analyze data with greater speed and accuracy than ever before, leading to new insights and breakthroughs.
