Last month, the global population hit 8 billion people. Now, like me, that is a number i can say, but cannot really comprehend. It’s big. Basically. And the number of people on the planet are projected to keep growing to 9.7 B by 2050 and 10.4B by the end of the century. But, the rate of population growth is declining.

Now, there are obviously many reasons for this, but one factor that comes into this is the trends of declining fertility. Last week, a meta-analysis study showed that sperm count is declining. But why is this happening and what can be done about it?
