In this video I show you 3 easy steps on how to maintain your Apple pencil. This of course works on both the Apple Pencil 1st Generation or Apple Pencil 1 and the Apple Pencil 2nd Generation or Apple Pencil 2. I show you how to clean an apple pencil, how to maintain Apple pencil battery and apple pencil storage as well.

These are expensive devices with sealed batteries which only gives them a limited life span so its always a good idea to maintain your apple pencil or care for your apple pencil the best as you can especially it being something that could easily be damaged with day to day work. I also show you how to clean the Apple Pencil tip as Apple pencil tip cleaning is the most important aspect of cleaning an apple pencil as if it gets dirty, its performance will drop resulting in unintended touches or inputs.
The Apple pencil gen 1 has the extra cap at the top for the lightning port but the apple pencil gen 2 does not have that issue and only needs its tip cleaned.

I use my Apple pencil 2nd generation with an iPad Pro 11 inch 1st generation for taking school notes and other college related stuff.
