• 2, 4-6 oz fresh flounder filets
• 4 Tbsp / 56 g unsalted butter
• 1 Tbsp / 14 g capers

• juice of one lemon
• 1 sprig flat parsley, finely chopped
• peeled, seeded segments of 1 lemon
