Today we are reviewing another Baltany, this time their quartz version of the 1921 American that I actually own as an automatic. While quartz seems like a simpler and less luxurious version which is reflected in the price, and while I still prefer my automatic due to incredible finish for the money and scratches resistant case, the quartz does have one thing going for it, ENGRAVED DIAL!! Yup just like the Merkur I reviewed this one also comes with engraved markers, although not as deep as the ones on the Merkur.
with a $124 price it is a great alternative to the automatic
