A road raging driver got his comeuppance for throwing punches on a motorway roundabout - when his larger rival punched him to the ground before holding his legs upside down.

HGV driver Darren Waite was just trying to get home when he found himself having to split up the warring drivers coming off the M58 near Wigan, Greater Manchester, a fortnight ago [July 5].

The 50-year-old's dashcam footage shows a white van appearing to pick the wrong lane on a roundabout before switching to avoid re-joining the motorway.
