The Analogue 3D 1.5.0 update adds Internal Graphical Upscaling, doubling N64 rendering resolution horizontally without affecting 2D graphics.
In this video, I test it with 480i-enhanced patches for GoldenEye 007, Perfect Dark, Tomorrow Never Dies, and Conker's Bad Fur Day—then push the image through an Analogue 3D + RetroTINK-4K chain.
This is not a definitive “best way to play” guide. It is the setup I tested, the settings I used, and the results that impressed me.

This is not emulated. This is not some overpriced SNES-to-HDMI adapter.
This is The Legend of Zelda: A Link to the Past running natively on Windows. It is ~70-80k lines of C code compiled into an executable that boots straight into the game. If it isnt obvious this is unofficial. No, I cannot give you the game as that is illegal.
Fortunately, Github links to relating projects are not: https://github.com/snesrev/zelda3
The aim of this was to showcase the fight as accurately as possible. Its running natively with no texture filtering in 16:9 1080p. I skipped out on Vegas Smart Upscale to maintain an accurate image as well as I can. I hope you enjoy. Almost a 10 but a few seconds too slow... hopefully I can knock it down a bit [11:03:88] Castlevania: Harmony of Despair - Hard NG+ Ch.1-6 (Soma)](https://i.ytimg.com/vi/aGD0M_-AaZs/mqdefault.jpg)
