"DEMO2" demo in the JP ver.1 (Biohazard Code Veronica) Trial Edition upscaled to 4K 60FPS using Topaz Video AI v4.0.4.

Obviously, this isn't real 4K. The goal here is to make image look better than it was, maybe even like a seventh generation tech demo e.g. FF7.

This sure was an interesting process to get working. The video is contained in a .PSS format, which according to online needs to be demuxed with the following program:

I'm not convinced this software is clean, so here's a link to it's VirusTotal page:

This spit out an .M2V and pcm .wav file. I joined these in Vegas Pro, exported as AVI with lossless, matched the framerate/resolution to the original, and so forth.
