This is not emulated. This is not some overpriced SNES-to-HDMI adapter.
This is The Legend of Zelda: A Link to the Past running natively on Windows. It is ~70-80k lines of C code compiled into an executable that boots straight into the game. If it isn't obvious this is unofficial. No, I cannot give you the game as that is illegal.
Fortunately, Github links to relating projects are not: github.com/snesrev/zelda3
The aim of this was to showcase the fight as accurately as possible. It's running natively with no texture filtering in 16:9 1080p. I skipped out on Vegas Smart Upscale to maintain an accurate image as well as I can. I hope you enjoy.

Almost a 10 but a few seconds too slow... hopefully I can knock it down a bit [11:03:88] Castlevania: Harmony of Despair - Hard NG+ Ch.1-6 (Soma)](https://i.ytimg.com/vi/aGD0M_-AaZs/mqdefault.jpg)

![DEMO2 Devil May Cry Trial Edition • AI Upscale [4K]
DEMO2 demo in the JP ver.1 (Biohazard Code Veronica) Trial Edition upscaled to 4K 60FPS using Topaz Video AI v4.0.4.
Obviously, this isnt real 4K. The goal here is to make image look better than it was, maybe even like a seventh generation tech demo e.g. FF7.
This sure was an interesting process to get working. The video is contained in a .PSS format, which according to online needs to be demuxed with the following program:
https://www.zophar.net/utilities/ps2util/pss-demux.html
Im not convinced this software is clean, so heres a link to its VirusTotal page:

This spit out an .M2V and pcm .wav file. I joined these in Vegas Pro, exported as AVI with lossless, matched the framerate/resolution to the original, and so forth. DEMO2 Devil May Cry Trial Edition • AI Upscale [4K]](https://i.ytimg.com/vi/beZ_thuxPmk/mqdefault.jpg)
