Preferably… #grasslands and restored prairies that are home to hundreds of native species.

For example: for 25 years, The Nature Conservancy has been conducting prairie restoration at Kankakee Sands in Indiana. From monarchs to milkweed, to badgers and bison- Kankakee is now home to thousands of species. And in some cases: a super bloom of sand coreopsis flowers. AKA: a perfect reality check. 🌼🌼🌼
