June 16 and 17, 2019.
On Sunday we stayed close to our AirBnB, Orchard Cottage.
Then on Monday we hit the road and rails for a visit to the 15" gauge steam powered common carrier Romney, Hythe and Dymchurch Railway before heading across southern England to Totnes in Devon.
Travel included Metro Bus 291, then a couple of Southeastern Rail trains and a Southwestern Rail train on our BritRail Pass, plus bus, Underground and taxi . Nearly 400 miles and 9 hours of travel, not including time spent at the RH&DR.
