“American Promise” unfolds as an immersive symphonic experience where music, visual narrative, light, and staging come together to reflect the spirit, history, and cultural identity of a nation.
Under the direction of Maestro Eduardo Marturet, The Miami Symphony Orchestra leads a large scale production that transforms the concert hall into a living space of memory, symbolism, and collective emotion.
The work is structured as a journey through four dimensions:
Roots American Promise by Karen LeFrak commemorating the 250th Anniversary of the Declaration of Independence.
Identity An American in Miami by Marcos Campos Salas, a world premiere celebrating the cultural convergence that defines the city.
Unity Unity & Glory CONCACAF Anthem by Eduardo Marturet, a specially commissioned work that elevates the symphonic language into a continental expression of brotherhood, symbolizing the cultural and sporting unity of North America, Central America, and the Caribbean through one shared sound.
Legacy A symphonic reflection on migration, destiny, and the New World.
