Here's American Movie Classics paying the bills by selling you, the viewer at home, a subscription to its monthly magazine. I've owned a couple of these, and if those were typical issues, then IMO they're _overselling_ the contents. And frankly, Turner Classic Movies' monthly digest cost less and offered more interesting content, but both were primarily an annotated look at that month's TV schedule.
