Gotsubo takes the tsukemen concept and adds a bit of flair. A dozen or so types of seasonal vegetables, cooked different ways, are served alongside the homemade noodles. Dip some noodles, dip some veggies. It's a fun dish at a funky ramen shop. From the MENSHO group, so you know it's good.
