1-2 T honey
1/4 C soy sauce
1 dash sesame oil
1-2 T vegetable oil
1/2 lemon juice and optional lemon zest
1 T ginger, grated or rough chopped
A dash of rice wine vinegar (optional)
A bit of wasabi (optional)
Put all into a ziplock bag and marinate for 4-6 hours
Cooked noodles of your choice. I used udon.
Sriracha mayo:
2 T Mayo
Sriracha to taste
A splash of vinegar
A bit of garlic powder

Veggies first, noodles of your choice on high heat. When the veggies and noodles are done add the tuna and sear 1.5 mins per side more if you like it cooked through.
Until next time, take care and keep on cooking!
