In this video I’m sharing a simple way to make stuffing using croutons! If you are unable to find boxed stuffing you can always use croutons to make a delicious side dish for your Thanksgiving or Christmas turkey dinner!

Ingredients:
4 cups parmesan and garlic croutons
½ red bell pepper
½ yellow bell pepper
½ green bell pepper
1 medium onion
6 button mushrooms
2 green onion
2 cloves garlic
1 stalk celery
1 medium carrot
1 sprig of thyme
Fresh parsley
3 cups chicken stock
500 g pork sausage
1 tbs butter
½ tsp ground black pepper
