I’m sharing my recipe for stew kidney beans with salted beef. This is one of my favourite comfort meals, and now that it’s getting cooler outside, I love nothing more than to warm up with a pot of stew. Serve with some parboiled rice and you have a satisfying meal!

Ingredients:
scallions
1 onion
4 cloves garlic
coconut milk
3 cups red kidney beans
salt beef
stewing beef cubed
1 whole hot pepper
black pepper
fresh thyme
