My 1.0 Purist creator contest had a TON of fantastic entries! This showcase shows off 5 of them, as well as my thoughts on each levels pros and cons:

0:00 Prestigious Pathways by ABootLaTributi | 136728972
Pros: Definitely Tributi's best balanced entry to the contest. The gameplay was a blast and the click-sync was the best in the contest!
Cons: The level's biggest con was its visual appeal, oftentimes appearing as empty or inconsistent across the level. Generally though I found it to be fine based on the level's other goals.

Pros: VERY creative level with some really good background pulse sync. The deco was also quite decent.
Cons: Gameplay while fun had a few buggy spots and overall could have been more interesting. Felt it could've used more gameplay sync as well.

Pros: I was completely blown away by the creative ingenuity presented in this level! WOW what a great concept! I also enjoy how the visuals and gameplay show off the vastness of the electronic circuitry.
Cons: I foresee many players having problems learning this levels gameplay, but I actually quite enjoy it. There are a bunch of blind jumps though that I think the level would do better without. While the visuals do work really well with the overall theme, they tend to make the level come off as empty in many points. I also felt the sync could have been stronger.

Pros: This level was my choice for the judge favorite entry using Dry Out. Its really hard to put to words why I love this project so much. I think the way MoonXplorerGD pulled off the theme through simple designs really helps sell a nostalgia other entries didn't quite manage. Overall just a really solid entry!
Cons: A few gameplay clicks felt a bit tight for the difficulty. Other than that I really wish it was longer as in this case its length seems to be its biggest thing holding this level back.

4:49 blip blop fun step by Galaxifard, Blackbird552, and Zyphur | 135688994
Pros: This was 50th place in the purist contest, and honestly I think I may have judged it a bit too harshly back then. Playing it post-contest you can really see the quality in both gameplay, deco, and sync! This is definitely my new favorite pick that used Jumper.
Cons: I wish that the level showed off more creative elements, as it felt very in-line for a collab between these three. They also lost points due to having linked objects, which ultimately brought their score down lower than where it would have been :(
