I'm dealing with an age gap!! Nah I'm not a cougar (or am I...convo for another day) I'm talking about a gap in my actual age and my metabolic age.

I went to get a Dexa Scan so I could get more information about my health and one of my biggest findings was that those Got Milk commercials worked when I was a kid - I actually became an adult with healthy bones just like the commercial said!
