in part 2 of this video i basically hollow out the 5" deep hollow calabash style bowl, the inside although now dry is somewhat punky so getting good finishing cuts was next to impossible, well for me anyway, plus the bonus of some pretty big cracks that i filled with blue pigment and starbond ca glue.

I have been woodturning since 2013, i love it as a creative outlet and the community or woodturners is great, there is lots of help and support out there available at the touch of a button. don't be intimidated or scared to ask questions no matter how basic, most of all be safe in your workshop, follow all safety rules and guidlines.
use channels such as mine as inspiration and entertainment.
it is recommended to get proper training with power tools to prevent accidents
most of all remember to be creative and have fun
