Thomas & Friends All Engines Go Crystal Caves Thomas motorised Trackmaster 3 pack is an awesome Thomas collectable. The Thomas has a highly detailed messy look with a wacky looking face. There's a flatcar with a Crystal piece and a coal truck carrying quarry rubble. I'm noticing in store this Thomas 3 pack often has artwork that's not quite right, this seems to be a constant I see across all the variations of Thomas AEG Trackmaster toys. If you like your Thomas to look the best make sure you carefully looks at them prior to purchase.
In my retail hunting for error toys I find a really unusual AEG multipack that has a James which has the proper dark line details and a tender that has very faint line work. Seeing this is confirming to me the Jame's in the multipacks are all lacking the correct definition for the important black lines that defines the look of James. These sorts of errors shouldn't be happening.
The problems with the Hot Wheels cars being stolen from the 20 Packs continues. These has been a huge rise in this sort of activity over the last few years.
There's a Messhunter video update and some really sad news, it's been a really bad week on multiple levels.
Thomas & Friends and Hot Wheels cars is constantly in short supply. Over and over I see empty pegs or empty shelves. There's nothing to purchase or collect. It's amazing this same issue keeps repeating over and over in major retail shops. I predict that the same supply chain problems that have been seen for a few years now will continue. My simple advice is if you see a toy in store grab it NOW. Chances are it won't be there in the lead up to Christmas.
