In the short time since we've begun renting on AirBnb, we've seen ALL SORTS of scenarios play out with our guests. Most of the time people are a pleasure! But there are also signs that future guests might display before they arrive that hosts should look out for. Our most recent guests made a few blunders when they were making their reservation, and was really needy when I didn't immediately respond to his mistakes. Small indications like these can grow into bigger problems if hosts don't set fair and straight forward rules for everyone.
