At a certian time of year, when the swallows, nesting at the Sutherland Observatory have their chicks, they get extremely agressive! Anyone who dares to go outside, get dive-bombed! They actually get within a few centimetres from one's head, such that you can feel the wind from their wings. To cap it all, at that point, they make a sharp screeching sound, giving you quite a fright when not expected.
