On 25 October 2019, Cape Town got DOUBLE its MONTHLY October rainfall ... in ONE day! Rivers burst their banks, roads got flooded and traffic was hectic to drive in.
This (mostly dashcam) footage give an idea of what it was like. It also shown the Liesbeek and Black rivers flooding the Observatory's grounds.
