Science hasn’t reached the point where we can avoid aging (and should we even want to?).
But here’s the good news: we can influence how we age. Through smart nutrition, building muscle, and lifestyle choices, we have far more control than most people realize. That’s the conversation I’d love to see more widely — not age denial, but empowered aging.
