Two new COVID vaccines have been approved by the FDA. Both the Pfizer and BioNTech vaccines involve the mRNA platform and are approved for adults over 65 with compromised immune systems.
The CDC has yet to make its official recommendation for 2026 COVID vaccinations. Most medical organizations, though, are telling patients to get the shots seasonally, starting in September. Most insurance companies say they'll pay to cover the shots.
If you're renting housing, you could soon get some money from a settlement with a real estate software company.
RealPage settled for 360 million dollars after they faced a class-action lawsuit that accused the firm of helping landlords artificially inflate prices.
RealPage denied any wrongdoing.
And AMC theaters is saying a special farewell to Dolly Parton, bringing back two of her greatest hits: Steel Magnolias and the Best Little Whorehouse in Texas. The films will be screened at roughly 200 locations across the country beginning Friday.
Parton died Tuesday. She was 80 years old.
