Wow, I finished this one in approx 16 hours over 2 days. machiiiine!
This is my farewell to the original series, now that korra is airing, i just wanted to send it off nicely, and how better to do that than with this song! :')
THIS was inspired by AviiAvatar03's newer avatar videos.. and so even if you don't see it.. it's there... ... in places..

BUT a shout out to the new kids on the block, who have come in and kept the a:tla community alive, (ravenkora17, stellunafi, thetiaraclub in particular) this is also for you :)

My first ever game edit. I first played this game in high school in the 00s, and it changed my understanding of what a video game can be forever. It stayed with me and i think i probably replayed it at least another 2 more times over the years, but i replayed it again this year not even realising its the 25th anniversary, and i have fallen in love with it all over again and i think the story hits so much harder for me now as an old. Beautiful story characters, truly it is the bar for cinematic video game experiences for me. I had wanted to do an edit like this for ages but it was hard to approach, given how beautiful the FMV cutscenes are but they only cover a small portion of the story, so i took the plunge and included the regular gameplay cutscenes too, and im not mad at the result. For Yumi, who lent me her copy way back when in school and introduced me to it, and for Julianne who just sat through a 9 hr movie edit of ffx with me ~ praise be to yevon ~
